The nearest first aid kit is in the CNC Shop (ENC 06). There are multiple fire extinguishers in this room; one is by the entrance to the right, one is by the door to the Manufacturing Lab (ENC 02), and one is by the door to the Teams and Clubs Working Space (ENC 25).
The nearest fire alarm pull is behind the door to the loading dock.
