Makerspace Shops Access Training

The stop-the-bleed kits are on top of the cabinet behind the check-in station, which is to the left of the exit.

A fire extinguisher is to the right of the exit. Additional fire extinguishers are located to the left of the door ot the CNC Shop (ENC 06) and the right of the entrance to the Wood Shop (ENC 03).

The nearest first aid kit is in the Wood Shop (ENC 03). 

The nearest fire alarm pulls are outside the room, to the right near the elevators and to the left on the wall.

On Arrival:

Whenever you use the Manufacturing Lab, please:

1. Wear appropriate PPE; safety glasses and steel toe covers (if you do not have your own safety boots).
2. Wait for the supervising staff in the Student Machine Shop (ENC 09).
