If you have submitted your file to the training queue, you now wait until a member of staff checks through to make sure you followed all of the steps. Please note that this process can take up to 2 business days to be completed dependent on availability of staff. Once it is checked you will receive an email letting you know your account has been upgraded to a member, and you can send your prints to the members queue to be printed!
