Ensure you are using the right settings when measuring current (200mA MAX or 10A MAX)
Oscilloscope
Make sure to use the power cord provided
Always use the oscilloscope probes provided
Power supply
Double check your circuit before supplying power
Do not touch terminals while power is being supplied
Always turn off power supply before making changes to your circuit
Always ensure your positive and negative terminals are not in contact to avoid short circuits
Function generator
Be aware of damaged output cable when operating this device
Ensure that connectors are the correct sizes
Never use brute force when connecting your coax cable
Digital multimeter
Make sure to connect your measuring cables to the appropriate rating
The ratings allowed by the multimeter are:
200V
1000V
500Vpk Max
3A RMS
If the previous precautions have been met and the multimeter is giving inaccurate readings, contact the electrical tech to check the fuse on the back of the device
